Yes, they are. And it's a good reason why Utah should stay out of the FA market next season. Some of these contracts are going to be really, really bad. Almost all will be overpays. Utah needs to reserve their cash for their own stars down the road. But perhaps there might be a player who gets overlooked while everyone is chasing the bigger names.. That's how Atlanta got Millsap on the cheap. Everyone had already shot their, ummm, spent their cash and Atlanta got a huge bargain.
As for Bradley, yes, it would be a good fit. But dealing with Ainge is like dealing with the devil. He has a reputation for wanting way more than what a player is worth. I don't see a Utah/Boston deal ever happening because DL has a reputation for walking away if the price is too high. But you never know. Personally, if the Jazz are in good shape at the deadline (i.e. in solid playoff position), I'd put top-3 protection on the pick (just in case) and offer Ainge our 2016 1st rounder and a boatload of 2nd's and see if he bites.
