Rewatch the Wire or the West Wing.

So I've seen the Wire like 10 years ago and remember really liking it but my wife never had. We started it together about a week ago and 6 episodes in shes wondering when it starts to get good and I'm trying to remember when it gets really good. I keep telling her to make it thorough the entire first season before making any real judgements but in her defense we've watched 6 hours of the show and not much of anything has happened.

Same thing happened to me. I tried watching it again and it wasn't nearly as good as I remembered it

Schitt’s Creek? @fishonjazz have you tried Schitt on Netflix?

I know this might not be what you’re looking for, but my wife and I watched the first episode of “Murder Among the Mormons.” It’s about Mark Hoffman. It’s super interesting. Even if you’re not into religion, the crime/mystery of it is interesting. Heck, I’ve found the old footage of Utah to be enjoyable. They showed this overlook of the valley. There wasn’t any Delta Center and very few skyscrapers. And the valley seemed to end somewhere around 90th south. The old Murray smoke stack was still visible.

Anyone else remember when there wasn’t anything between the prison and Lehi main? No one was stupid enough to build on the Sandy mountains overlooking Draper on the salt lake side. No such thing as Suncrest. And why the hell would you ever build on traverse? Anyone else remember when Bangeter Highway felt “really far west?” Herriman felt like a field trip to another state.

I watched schitts creek for a bit and liked it but it didn't really take hold and I moved on. I might come back to it one day.

I do plan to watch murder among the Mormons eventually

Philistine..

I just don't get letterkenny at all. Barely even a chuckle in the first 6 episodes. It has been highly recommended by friends so I wanted to give it a solid shot but it just isn't for me.
