New York Knicks - I’d be all for it if they can get a decent pick out of them. . . especially because I’d LOVE to see NY fans utterly disappointed in them NOT trading picks for Donovan, but giving up something to get Bogey. Don’t think there’s going to be a deal between the Jazz and the Knicks until Rose and company get shitcanned.
Phoenix Suns - Hate trading with a team that close to the Jazz in the division and any picks from them are bound to be low right now. Maybe if we can get more than just a low pick out of them, but I’d doubt it.
LA Lakers - This is the preferred destination as part of a Westbrook buyout for premium assets, but I’m thinking the Lakers Knick this opportunity all up and end up forcing Trader Dan to walk away. If I felt more confident it would happen, I’d have voted for them.
Dallas Mavericks - Should look at them for a Clarkson or Conley trade, so they’re low on my list. Don’t love their contracts or assets either.
Utah Jazz - Ainge is committed to the tank. I don’t think they traded Gobert and Mitchell at this point only to hold onto the supporting players instead of a complete rebuild. I’ll be shocked if Bogey, Clarkson and Conley aren’t all traded at some point this off-season. Maybe even Beasley too.
Miami Heat - With the Lakers being flaky and the other assets seemingly weaker than what we got for Royce O’Neale, Heat are in win-now mode and I’d like to get Jovic out of any trade. It’s a long shot, but I’m hoping the Heat are wanting to play ball and hammer out a deal DA can live with.
Wouldn’t mind a nice Toronto or 76er deal for him either. In all honesty, I don’t care. Love the guy and hope he goes to a decent team for me to root against.
