Really appreciated. I am a huge Jazz fan at my core so as soon as the awe wore off I wanted to see what I could find out/get away with.

And Howard really hasn't turned out that well...that's the misperception. Are we really content with wings shooting 35-40%? If so, let's just re-sign CJ. I HATE this team right now. You know TY is going to continuie to play Raja and Alec will continue to get DNP-CD's. That's going to really build good will with Burks going forward. Not that Alec will be Deron-good, but this is a similar situation. He's going to hate Ty so much for making him sit behind a much inferior player that he'll say "&*^&% you morons" when it comes to re-signing.
 
Boy I'm glad I didn't realize the deadline was so early. Now I'm just disappointed, instead of having to wait for several hours before being disappointed.

Exactly. And while Burks probably won't end up as good as Deron, Deron still got to play. He never lost a spot in the rotation and got those DNP's. Burks is being sat so the Jazz can play two, and sometimes three and four inferior players ahead of him.

Whoa! Do you know if they used their Gordon TPE for that? If they didn't... then kind of inconsequential since they didn't have ANY SGs on that team (and still 0 defensive-minded ones).

Well, this frees up a couple of evenings per week for me. Wake me up when the losers give up on the season and bench the vets.

Howard not traded because Jazz excited to see what he can do making 8 million a year, paired up with Jefferson and Millsap with a full training camp.
 
To say that Raja, Howard or CJ are not tradable, yet Memo was traded part of the Wallace trade. Memo is injured and done. Every player can be included in a package.

Nick Young must be doing cartwheels going to the Clippers. Trades happen all the time so I don't thing they are impossible. I guess I am just tried of letting guys walk and getting nothing for them. What does that say about the guys we are signing?

Considerign they usually go on to other big things alot. It also says alot about the failure of the Jazz Brass to make something out of these guys before they walk.
