Is this a red line for Pelosi? If he brushes aside the SCOTUS to put the citizenship question on the census causing a constitutional crisis, is that finally a red line that will trigger impeachment?

Or will Pelosi just ignore it and enable trump to now defy the courts in ways that we haven’t seen since Andrew Jackson? For those who don’t get this reference, google: “Worcester v Georgia.”

Having Pelosi giving court rejected illegals tips on how to avoid ice would be impeachable to me.

I think the story changed a few hours ago. Up until then, everything pointed to him using executive orders.

It takes a lot to get through his thick skull, but somehow someone convinced him he wasn't going to win this fight. Besides, he had the fake news media to threaten and a social media conference with fringe groups to conduct, and more insinuations of being president for life to make. How much do you expect him to do in a day?

Last I checked, which was around noon today it was believed that he was going to issue out an executive order and add it. But I admittedly haven’t checked since then and can’t right now.

Is it a surprise that the Russians were behind that? Would you be surprised that the Russians were also behind the pro-Trump crowd as well on the same day. Now I am not the sharpest tool in the shed, but I would think that the Russians were trying to divide our nation by sponsoring both pro and anti Trump gatherings on the same day and in the same city. But you guys just play into the divide the United States people perfectly. No response to Pelosi telling illegals how to evade Ice?

Giving people the factual information that an arrest warrant is not the same as a search warrant IS NOT telling people how to evade ICE. If ICE knows an individual is in a house then they can get a search warrant and enter the house. If they're just fishing then then can take a hike.

I don't ever (well 99.9% of the time, there is the occasional run to Evanston for beer and fireworks) have illegal stuff in my car, but I never consent to searches. Not of my car, not of my person. I believe in personal liberties too much to open up my private property to a search. That 4th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is just too important to give up.

You realize that's what Pelosi informed these people of, right? Their 4th Amendment right against unreasonable search and seizure. Seems like she's a pretty big fan of personal liberty, too.
