What will it take to get Bledsoe?

I think we should draft Nate Wolters if he works out well. He may not have elite speed but he is a decent defender, big, can score inside and out, and can be the floor general. I think a worthwhile project. Could be the next John Stockton like player for the Jazz........that might be stretching it but at worst he would be a good backup point guard.

For those of you that want Teague, what kind of $ are you going to give him?

For those that want Bledsoe, what are you willing to give up for him?

I'd give Teague $8 million a year. I'm really not sure I want to give anything more than draft picks up for Bledsoe.

Teague's an option. Bledsoe's an option. We have a lot of options!

I hope we dont use our options to resign the damn team we had this year (especially Big al, mo and foye)
Millsap can stay with a reasonable price

How about Bledsoe in the 4th quarter?

Made every shot.. 13pts, 6rbs, 4asts, 1 to.. in 17 minutes.

Zach Lowe said on twitter that the Grizzlies are 'terrified' of Eric Bledsoe apparently.

FWIW.

Here we go:

Enjoyed LAC-MEM. Was a well-played game for about 40 minutes. Grizz are absolutely terrified of Bledsoe.

We should trade our entire core4 and just sign and start 5 PGs.

Haha.. that reminds me of when Calipari was recruiting Anthony Davis. DAVIS said he wanted to play SG. Cal said, ABSOLUTELY.. BUT JUST SO YOU KNOW.. we post our SG's up most every play.

It's a close call between Teague and Bledsoe and I would probably go with Teague. 21 points on 7-14 shooting and 7 assists in 37 minutes. But I would probably trade Burks and the higher draft pick for Bledsoe and I really love Burks.

Because if we end up finding a decent pg through the draft, his trade value after the first year would be ridiculous.

Agreed. But in addition to snagging Bledsoe and drafting someone like McCollum if he is around. I think we could get Wolters with our second round pick, but if McCollum is gone by the #14 pick, I'd say we draft Caldwell-Pope with it, and then Wolters with the #21, just so we are covering our bases with guards next season.

Imagine a lineup like:
PG Bledsoe / McCollum or Wolters
SG Burks - Caldwell-Pope - Murphy or McNeal (I don't think we saw anything worth judging on either of these guys.
SF Hayward - Carroll - Evans - Marvin (he will opt in)
PF Favors - Evans - Marvin
C Kanter - Favors

... Maybe even put Caldwell-Pope in the starting 5 if he is up to the challenge, just so we have a really good perimeter threat with him and Hayward, and someone who can drive to the basket in Bledsoe, and then achieving that same kind of second string outside offense with McCollum being the lights out shooter, and Burks being the athletic driver.

I dunno, I am just most high on high fg% guards like Wolters, McCollum, and Caldwell Pope accompanying someone like Bledsoe. I don't think acquiring just one of those guys will be enough.
