I would like to try...
Starters: Al, Favors, Millsap, Hayward, Harris
Bench: Okur, Kanter, (AK, Burks, Miles, Bell), Watson/Burks
I know people have doubts about Millsap as a 3, but he has the speed to do it. If he were to train and loose some weight, he would have a better chance. He looked out of sorts against quicker 3's last year, but you don't take someone who has been playing a position their whole life and drop it on them like that. It will be an adjustment. If it doesn't work, you change the line-up. I also believe that Hayward will excel at the 2 (like he did toward the end last year). Gaining weight will probably take away from his speed and jumping ability, so I would actually like to see him stay around his current weight.
With Burks and Kanter, we need to see how they respond to the next level. Then we should make some trades accordingly. I'm all for minutes for the youngens. I also want to see how Burks responds with a few minutes as PG--just to see. Lot of options all round. Also, I think Favors can play center. He held his own against Javale McGee and Bynum last year. I saw no center give him problems at all because of length. If he gains 10 more pounds, he will be formidable.
