What's The Last Movie You’ve Seen?

Soul Surfer
I knew most of the story. It was inspirational and hit me at a perfect time in my life.

Went to see Cowboys and Aliens tonight. I liked it. I am still not impressed with Daniel Craig, but I think that Han Solo did a good job in this movie, and I liked the twist of the alien chick. It is no threat to win Best Picture, but it was fun and I will watch it again sometime. The aliens they used were good too, nice mix of creepy, dangerous, and gross. Made me think of Men in Black meets Independence Day as far as the aliens are concerned.

Saw P.S. I love you for the first time last night and thought it was absolutely garbage.... but lead to other things so it was good :D

Kicky will be thrilled to know that in this show it is a Japanese ninja that comes to America to save the white man.

John Carpenter's The Ward

Decent plot twist at the end; otherwise a very average movie. Absolutely nothing about the movie has John's Carpenter's stamp on it other than the original score.

I fear the guy has either lost his touch or is just working for paychecks now.

My understanding is he has gone the Tarantino and Patterson route and is just tacking his name onto other people's work so they get the cachet and he gets a paycheck for essentially doing nothing.

I noticed that - but it specifically says he directed this movie in the credits. Othewise I wouldn't have watched it.

Looks like he let the AD's do all the work.

Sometimes, I hate my life.

Hey, I watched the Phineas and Ferb movie with my daughter. And I 've seen most of the Barbie, Princess and Fairy movies...MULTIPLE times.
But, I LOVE my life. Of course, when she gets to watch one of her movies on the 60 inch TV and I'm relegated to the small one in the bedroom to watch Jazz games, well that gets a bit testy. But then I remind myself about what really matters in life.

I draw the line at the NFL. NOBODY kicks me off the big TV if the Jets are on.
