What's The Last Movie You’ve Seen?

I have extreme doubts Batman v Superman will be a good movie. Just too soon to use the Batman property. Everything is going to look subpar (at best) next to Nolan's Batman. Not to mention it's Zach Snyder who directed the last Superman movie, which was bad.

This.

Snyder's movies are always a letdown.

The Secret Life of Walter Mitty

A bit long & drawn out, but it has some nice moments and I actually got quite a lot from it in terms of reflecting on my own life. Probably wouldn't watch it again because of the length (nearly 2 hours long), but will remember certain moments in it for a while.

Watched Bone Tomahawk because it has two of the actors from the Fargo tv show in it.

Pretty good movie. A little slow but boy oh boy the end sure is nutz. Very brutal and gory ending.
Kind of a horror/western

I thought it was really good. Plus the movie confirmed my childhood thoughts that there had to be a secret passage in the It's a Small World ride that took you somewhere much cooler(like maybe connected through to the pirates ride) to make even creating that ride worthwhile. It's as good as fact now - the future is where it takes you apparently.

Watched it. I don't know, but it didn't do much for me. Wasn't bad or anything, just kind of average.

Ya. I kind of agree

The Martian.
Thought it was great

The story was just so bare bones and the atmosphere or characters just didn't do anything for me. If the story is going to be that vanilla, you really have to create an interesting world/characters.

That scene where they butchered that one guy was disgusting though. I actually looked away for a few seconds.

And idk, whenever I see Kurt Russell all I think is "Why isn't this Jeff Bridges?".

Searching for Sugar Man

Have always wanted to watch this and finally saw it on telly tonight. Can't fault it. A lovely story about a forgotten singer/songwriter.

And "YES" it changed the way I look at the world.

I really liked it to. I know most of the science stuff was probably not factual, but is it actually possible to live off a potato only diet for that long?

The entire movie is scientifically sound with one exception: The lack of atmosphere on Mars prevents wind at even high speeds from pushing anything around.

I can't remember if he survived on just potatoes or if it was potatoes and some dietary supplement pills. I'm pretty sure he had pills with him.

Christmas going to be crazy for movies: The Hateful Eight, Star Wars, and The Revenant.
Reviews are out for hateful eight and star wars. Both getting fantastic reviews. Both about 95% on rotten tomatoes.

I am seeing star wars on Saturday
