I would love to see the jazz try to get in on the Harden sweepstakes, absolutely not for harden but as a third team. Something like paying a hefty price for Middleton while moving Conley and picks picks, + necessary assets, to Houston to help facilitate the trade. This is a very rough framework but you get the idea. Middleton balled out this year, is a 6’7” two way wing who would help us take a firm step into the contender direction. He’s under contract for 4 more years so I’d be willing to pay a hefty price and shoot a worthy shot.

I think if he’s mediocre, trading Conley and scrub for two legit players makes some sense, especially if one is more of a legit 4 who can shoot. It adds something we don’t quite have and depth. Like Augustin and Aminu hypothetically if they were both still on the Magic and not cooked. Something like that could make sense. Maybe. IDK.

I’m really hoping Royce takes off this year. A better handle and penetration. A little more volume from three at 40+%.

I’m getting ready and ready for our next move if waive Niang for Korver.

I think the first time Royce or Ingles passes up a wide open 3 they need to be perma-benched. That ****ing ******** MUST STOP! One of the things that cost us that series. Get Ingles and Royce to take a few of those open 3s they passed up because they looked afraid and it could have swung a game. ****-heads.

Ingles has been retired for at least the past 2 seasons. Love him but he's got to go if he's not going to do what he's paid to do on the floor.

Ingles has been playing way too minutes the last few years and been asked to guard players 3x more athletic than he is night in and night out. I think you drop him down to 22-24mpg and he'll be a lot more efficient.

That's what I'm hoping for. We'll see how the season goes, but Mitchell needs to be the PG. His game resembles Lilliard to me. Conley just doesn't work well for us, short of injuries. Also, his contract is the biggest realistic trade asset we have.
