What's new

What's your offseason To Do List?

Again, I'd love to see Harden, Rush and Nash on this team to go along with Favors, Kanter, Millsap, Hayward, Burks, Carroll, Evans and Tinsley. Draft Marshall. Use Bell, Big Al, Harris, Watson and and other assets we have such as the GSTankers pick to land those pieces.

That gives us:
PG - Nash, Marshall, Tinsley
Wings - Harden, Hayward, Burks, Rush and Carroll
PF/C - Favors, Kanter, Millsap, Evans

What do you think PKM (and overs willing to comment and not PMS).

Good post .. I just want Rondo .. makes me cranky.

If OKC knows they won't be able to keep Harden, then they'll execute some kind of extension-sign-and-trade with another team. I want the guy, but it's difficult to get too excited.

Nash would be great for a few seasons. We could make a dent next year with Nash and 2-3 shooters.

That is what I was thinking. I'd also like Nash to mentor our future PG (Marshall or Lillard) Then have Rush and Harden in around him and have Burks and Hayward work on their shot. Nash would do wonders for our bigs.

Also, to steal a PKM idea, I actually kind of like the idea of getting Doron Lamb as a backup PG. Look at what Gary Neal did to us. He is a backup PG who isn't really a PG, just a lights out shooter.

Also, a 2nd unit of Burks and Lamb would make sense how they compliment each other.

I could see Rondo working with that group and making the PG draft pick unecessary. I just think it will be harder to get him is all.

For those people that thought Jefferson was a good mentor to Favors and Kanter:

that wouldn't even be the tip of the iceberg compared to what they could learn from Nash. Kanter more than anybody needs this. Favors is already ready to capitalize.

I'll come out and say that Favors has a very good chance of being an All-Star NEXT YEAR if he is starting alongside Steve Nash.

I'd increase that to The Four and Evans. Nash would be phenominal for this team. Skill set, leadership, experience...

My list:

-Get a real offense, run pick and rolls, and kick anyone that gets in the way of that to the curb.
