What's new

When does the damn game start? Utah Jazz (13-12) at Memphis Grizzlies (14-13), 9:30 p.m. (ET)

aw well. You all hate Jeffy. Go ahead and continue...

How did Kanter look with those inside moves?
I know I know...Kanter should be getting the bulk of the minutes

And who is it that Jefferson is supposed to pass to to make a play? None of our guys want to cut or shoot late in the clock.

The play he was triple teamed he got the ball with 11 seconds on the clock and held it for 3 before doing anything. Time wasn't running down.

Hayward is having a good game. He plays really hard. Got a bit of Manu in him.

Hayward is going to win us at least 2 titles during his career. He will have his jersey retired in Utah and will be a first ballot hall of famer. He's got a ton of Manu in him (pause). Duncan is also a first ballot hall of famer, but Manu deserves just as much credit for the titles he was a part of.

That type of versatility from the wing doesn't come around very often. The main difference is that Hayward is 6-9. Manu came into the league when he was a bit older than Hayward as well.

Much like a good chunk of our roster, Hayward hasn't really started to scratch the surface yet.

As for this game, we need to close quarters much better (obviously). Starts with defensive rebounding... I like the production our bench gave us. Hopefully we keep that up. We're so much deeper than them, so hopefully Harris comes out in the 3rd quarter at a breakneck speed.

I hope they aren't going to hold back in that dept. because they're on the 1st of a back-to-back-to-back.

Let's get it!!

Go Jazz!!!

Looks like Hayward is finally getting out of the slump. Can he continue to be productive?

Once you get triple teamed, you are pretty much screwed. You can't pass out of a triple team unless you are taller than everyone else. AL has to do a better job of recognizing what is happening. He is so slow to react to anything.

What has Al's inefficient play and putrid TS% ever led too.

Let me guess you are a Monta Ellis fan too.

No one really bailed him out on that play. The reality is that only Jefferson and Millsap can create their own offense normally. Jefferson should have passed out of that situation, but he thought he got fouled on the play.

And yet he got the shot off -- he didn't make it, but he was fouled and refs didn't call it. When he starts getting stripped like every other low post player on the Jazz, then I will bitch.

And how many times have we seen someone penetrate into the paint and then pass back out to a player that won't shoot the ball? Damn I hate that.

Our PGs are only being outscored by 2 pts. so far. If this keeps up, the Jazz have a really good shot of winning this game.

in all fairness al had a pretty good half

just wondering what devin harris was thinking when he threw that pass right to conley when the shot clock was going down. was he like oh crap i better not force up a shot and hurt my fg% even more. instead i'll let mike conley have it and give up a and1 on the other end.

One sided reffing. Call everything on the jazz, nothing on memphis, and now the grizz are getting confident

Total over-the-back that wasn't called when Hayward had an offensibe board. and tons of touch fouls on the jazz even where there isn't any contact.
