When will Enes Kanter start for the Jazz? Will he ever start for the Jazz?

I would like to be optimistic about a young developing player, but nothing in Jazz history supports my optimism. Maybe Kanter is special, maybe Corbin will do things differently. But we might also get more of this:

Remember CJ is very young, if he had stayed at Texas he'd only be a Junior.

Scratch CJ and Texas, insert Enes and Kentucky.

I don't think you can blame that on the Jazz though. Like the old phrase goes, "Ya can't fix stupid."
