Which max player would you like on the Jazz?

The following list is 30 of the top paid NBA players. If you take out the obvious LeBron James and Kevin Durant what player and salary would you add to this young Jazz team if you could choose?

Surprisingly to me the only one I would choose is Blake Griffin. Him and Favors down low would be fun to watch.

I thought about Chris Paul but he's getting older and Trey Burke is already progressing so well.

I also thought about Marc Gasol. Him and Favors or him and Kanter could work.

But other than those three the rest are kind of older and wouldn't really fit the in Jazz rebuild.

Choose and discuss.

I love Joe Johnson working on his magic with the ball in his hands but his salary is ridiculous.

Do not trade for Marc Gasol.

On that list, not many players would be willing to change their teams in the near future. Regardless of that fact, I would pick;

1. Aldridge
2. Deng
3. Westbrook
4. Granger

Jazz need a true center. Aldridge is a PF but he is a beast on the offensive end and a good defender. Aldridge is a stretch four in some ways even though he isn't a big 3 pt threat. Favors could play the center with him. However, Jazz need size in the paint.

I thought of Westbrook but he needs the ball in his hand too much. Granger is injured and is not the same player.

If you could swing it you would be crazy not to bring in a CP3 or Westbrook. Burke is probably going to be serviceable, highly unlikely to be elite.

I agree. What Westbrook did the in the playoffs was unreal.

Would rather have CP3, Westbrook or the potential of Parker?
