Sign Greg Monroe! Add Wiggins or Parker, g.s. pick , resign hayward/marvin. Call it a rebuild

I think Greg Monroe would fit perfectly next to Favors. He would require the max to sign though, so that is a question as to whether or not we want to pay him. That would be a good team though.

Jazz need a legitimate center or GObert needs to come back with 20 lbs of muscle. Jazz need a stud SF and a shooter off the bench. Both of these players need to be above average defenders.
