what pence did is legal. he was having a non classified discussion concerning state business on his personal email address.
which is different from owning your own email server and domain conducting majority of state department communication, which most is federal business and some of it is classified.
also the fact that emails written as part of government business belong to the government(or the people as we say)whether state or local.
mike pence voluntary handed these over long before it was asked. that is how we know of this business.
clinton deliberatly neglected to there them over to the federal archive in a timely matter as it is the LAW.
to top of it pence did not try to destroy these records, as Clinton did with bleach-bit!

is it the same if someone is involved in an accident hitting and killing a pedestrian. but in 1 situation the person has a driver license and stays at the seen. while the other situation the person has no driver license and flees the scene. exactly 1 is wrong the other is an unfortunate incident.
