Nah, Neto has been way better. This dude shot 31% from the field in 33 games. Even his D-League stats are just mediocre.

Neto is basically the perfect 3rd PG... always ready to play, plays solid even when out of the rotation, can spot up and shoot, plays within himself, and doesn't complain. Why are so many posters eager to see him out the door?

Well he is eventuality going to leave just because I dont think any player continually signs contracts to simply be a 3rd string PG in the prime of their career. I expect, assuming the Jazz keep Dante, Neto will try to sign elsewhere or head back overseas.

Maybe... it's a loaded position and I could see him coming back. Dante seems to know he's not just a PG now. I would think he'd stay here rather than go overseas just because of the money.

Will be interesting... I could see him leaving but he may not have a ton of options.

I love neto for what he is with the jazz. Like you said, he is perfect.

When he comes into the game I never think we are screwed or get really worried (I often did with mack) like i would with most 3rd string point guards.

Depends on how strong his friendship with Rudy is. Jazz have great team chemistry, so maybe Neto is content with making ~$1.5M for essentially just practicing with the team. He was good, not great in Europe. Would he really make a lot more?
