Westbrook by miles.

Snyder plays Royce O'Neale an unreasonable amount of minutes because of his "defense". But Royce's defense is useless against fast point guards, which means we will essentially be playing 4 on 5 for those 24 minutes that Royce is on the court. Moreover, Rubio also struggles defending fast point guards.

Our defense is designed to run shooters off the 3 point line and into Gobert, but the glaring weakness in our defense is that it struggles against fast guards that prefer to take it to the rim (i.e. Westbrook).

The thunder have been terrible at defense since the Roberson injury and Brewer sprained his knee or something in the last game of the season, who knows what his availability is. Bottom line is they don't have many players they can throw out there that can defend the perimeter to be engaged on defense. The Thunder have to decide weather to slow down Ingles or Mitchell using PG.

I also heard Locke say this morning that the Thunder are last at giving up the corner three. The jazz take more corner threes then any other team.

WE ARE GOING TO DESTROY THE THUNDER!!

I can’t find that stat dammit.

We are 16th in the league in 3 pt % allowed.

But we are 5th in the league in opponent’s 3 point rate at 31.3%. What does that mean? I would think that means that just 31.3% of the time, teams are shooting the 3 vs us. Which surprises me since we have Gobert. But maybe teams just take a bunch of mid-range then?

Having Gobert allows us to defend the perimeter more closely knowing that Gobert is there waiting. Our entire defense is predicated on driving players off the three point line, at which point they see Gobert in the paint, and decide they don't want any part of going into the paint.

None of the above. My biggest worry is whether or not our shots are falling. Over the last 35 games we are 29-6. In 5 of the 6 losses we shot an abysmal percentage from the field and we were still in those games because of defense. As long as we shoot a decent percentage we win the vast majority of our games because we have the best defense in the NBA. If we shoot well, we win this series. Because we are simply the better team. If we have multiple games where we go ice cold then we open the door for OKC.

Well, so far Paul George looks to be the biggest factor so far. I feel confident he won't continue to shoot over 70 % from 3 pt range.

Well whoever said the officials was right, with PG13 right behind them.
