Who could we get to get better via trade?

I have always heard that you should just get talent whenever you can and worry about minutes and stuff later..... and that having too much talent is never a problem..... and that you can always just trade someone later if ya want. (Especially dudes on good, cheap contracts like alec, lou, hood, lyles, exum, etc)

If DL can get it done then I don't really see a downside.
 
If we got Lou then Burks would never play. That doesn't bother me, but I know some love AB.

I also think Lou would be super meh in our offense in the playoffs. Dude always kind of sucks in playoffs.

I still have major love for Burks but lou is much better version of burks and cheaper and has more positional versatility.

Maybe but

A big part of why the Jazz are winning is because they're getting 35 points on 22 to 23 attempts from Rudy and Hayward.I don't know how many shots they're taking a game right now I'm going to say 90. That gives the rest of the team like 67 shots to put up 65 plus points. Adding a guy that can give them 15 to 20 efficient points Off the Bench could make the Jazz crazy dangerous.
 
I actually wouldn't mind trading for Jahlil Okafor. The problem is I believe we all know we need a stretch four. I just think for the asking price it would be worth a shot. He did average 17 and 7 last year in his rookie season.

I'm probably going to get shut down but a lot of people liked him before the draft last year.

No worries. After reading it again I could understand how it could be misinterpreted. Simply stating that for the price of Alexis Ajinca and a first-round pick I would take a chance on Okafor.
 
From my buddy last night.

"Why the **** are they playing Okafur? He sucks so bad. **** that guy. He can't stop anyone. I can't imagine there is a worse defensive player on any roster."

Yeah, but let's get this guy, WC.
