I'm not swayed by any party affiliations, I voted for Trump weeks ago on an absentee ballot. I'm not crazy about him, **** I might even concede he's the lesser of 2 evils. I like that he's got lofty goals. I thought what he had to say immediately after the Nice bombings was compelling.

I loved the David Cross stand-up "Make America Great Again!" in which he bashes the **** out of Trump and eloquently points out how his stance on immigration flies directly in the face of the poem written on the statue of liberty.

I just flat out get bad vibes from Hillary, the poker player in me doesn't trust her body language at all, she's an actress and not a compelling one.. I think her plans for free college tuition are hilariously ill conceived. I fully believe in whats said in the legendary TED talk "Ken Robinson: Do Schools kill creativity?" and that the school system is basically a protracted admissions process, and must be revolutionized instead of just evolving..

I don't agree that schools or education in theory kill creativity. In fact, their purpose at its core should be to create and foster it. I think it's more government and bureaucracy kills creativity, and as they continue to be more involved with education this reveals itself.

Quick question - you are Muslim right? (in your sig. you praise Allah).

You don't feel that Trump's attack on Muslims has hurt your support for him?

(I edited my post a bit)

The current worldwide school system promotes avoiding failure/not making mistakes/not being wrong, to the point of brainwashing people into living their lives in fear..

I refuse to believe that these are anywhere near ideal conditions to nurture talent and especially creativity.

I agree. There has to be a better way.

I don't disagree with you at all that a lot of education systems in place fail miserably, and I only think the government makes it worse. As someone who's been to many schools and educational institutions, I've found better environments and more emphasis on creativity and free-thinking at private schools, ainec. Not a complete coincidence.

I think education in general has lost sight of its goal or mission statement as time has progressed whereas now it's completely counterproductive to what education should be doing in theory. Good idea, but horribly executed and mismanaged. I agree with your assessment on the situation tbh, only disagree with education being a bad thing inherently. I don't believe it to be because I believe it's purpose as an idea is to do exactly as you say - promoting creativity and growth for individual human beings (not some administrative beauracratic ****fest)

My 80 year old father and I have been watching this and talking about it and we can't think of another election where it felt like people were overwhelmingly voting for the lesser of 2 evils. Historic in that regard.

Thats an infamous quote from one of the most popular athletes to ever grace this planet.

I'm not religious, I believe the biggest religion on this planet bar-none is the worship of money. The scene in They Live where roddy piper looks at the dollar with the glasses on and it reads "This is your god" is one of my favorite clips from any movie.

I also believe religions far and wide were clearly infiltrated/re-written by occultists, and think that many religious people are brainwashed drones carrying out the orders of their superiors(e.g. Give us your time & money!).. I also believe the mind-control/delusion onset by various religions has done incredible, possibly irreparable, damage to humanity.

I do believe in god, and certainly don't need any religion to tell me how/when/where to sense her presence, it's rather obvious IMO..

I also understand that for people like recovering crackheads who turn their lives around thru religion, it's rather helpful. Still it's just helpful as sort of a distraction, a pure heart, passion and clean conscious is all ya need (or is at least 85% of the equation).

Thanks man, that's a great post. I think you know more about life than you've let on on Jazzfanz, and this post proves it.

One of the best post from you. Really appreciate it.

MSNBC just pointed out that Clinton could win the popular vote but lose the election. 2nd time in the 2000's.
