Who didn't pack their bags for Oakland going in to game 7?

So there was talk of guys (the plural form, I believe) needing to buy clothes in the Bay Area because they didn't pack for a longer trip when they flew to LA for game 7. Did we ever find out who? It's gotta be Lyles for sure, no? Really curious who else it could have been...

I heard he bought one then had to return it, but bought the same one 6 hours later.

The main problem was he couldn't fit his entire article detailing his shirt selection on the notepad they give you in your room.

As for Lyles, it was intentional. He wanted more Kobe shirts and just planned on buying those at the Staples Center - win or lose.
 
It kind of sucked that Hayward left, but he gave Jazzfanz a gift that will last for years. It will be added to Boom Beaches, "Either way I'll get a raise", pillow forts and Torey Ellis.

If I had to guess at this unfounded rumor I'd definitely say Lyles seeing as he checked out after SL last year and Boris Diaw because he takes life moment by moment and never packs anything with him... relies on nature to provide.

I'm mostly over the whole thing, but I am likely going to watch DM and maybe Exum blow up this year and think what could have been. I really think he will regret his decision, but whatevs... I still like where we are right now.
 
So, back to the OP. Is there any source to the rumour some jazz guys didn't pack their bags for 3 nights instead of 1?
 
Zero chance he regrets it ever. You people fail to realize he will compete and be a legit team. No free agents come to uta h and uta h never can win like Boston. Also being white in Boston he will be loved by the fans. they love their white players like utah. Been funny watching how hurtbyall have been over Hayward like y'all own him and he owes your team you guys act like your team is then Only team that gets layers better. EvEry team does this and if your taking credit for his development but then what about the development of players like trey Burke trey lyles and others you didn't develop Favors is the best example y'all talk about how good he is going be and he never developed. So is that on your staff?

Yes. It was published about players saying some people would have to go shopping. I don't have a reference now because "Jazz players shopping for clothes" is a hard thing to find relevant hits on.

try mixing up your search string....Jazz players no clothes, no clothes players, utah no clothes...maybe one of those will work for you. ;)

Seriously, I was not asking for a bibliography or anything, I just hadn't heard it before and wondered where it originated.

It was reported and not a rumor. One of the players (forget who) mentioned it.
