Who is next to join the list of award winning Utah Jazz players?

As I mentioned, this is not a list of the greatest players to play for the Utah Jazz. It’s just a list of Utah Jazz players who won MVP, All-NBA, All-Star, All -Defensive Team, 6th Man, Rookie of the Year, and Most Improved Player awards while playing for the Utah Jazz.
No points for winning the all-star weekend 3 point contest twice?

Or Kris Dunn, or THT. I think bringing Sexton off the bench (but for significant minutes) makes a lot of sense.
I'f be surprised if Dunn is more than a stop gap that washes out again, He is in fact the defensive guard off the bench for tough match ups. Even if THT gets no offers and opts in, he probably won't be on ball much at all besides playing freak closer when his shot is falling all day in warm ups. Well not at all like he was when we were in tank mode down the stretch. Unless we are tanking next season, which would not be completely irrational, but I think this org is hungry to push forward with what we have in the Finnisher and not start over. lol
If Sexton is not considered good enough,or isn't healthy enough to be a serviceable floor general next season, he will be the 6th man scorer he was turning into in Cleveland, which is probably not what he wants if we are taking two steps back.
But I guess if we are winning with a veteran pg, that is clearly better than him.He will take it as a challenge to earn minutes and probably end up in the starting 5 next to the veteran 1.
I just think this org will only be interested in wing playmaking defenders to do just that; defend the perimeter and slash off ball, but are able to make the right reads and passes as secondary ball handlers, which can be found in the later half of the first round or at 16 for sure. To pick a prospect with those strengths that cannot space the floor at all, at 9th and plug them in as a starting NBA pg, has tank written all over it, and the Finnisher punching his ticket out.

Our friend and colleague Hearsky is to be commended for putting up with numerous family jokes that would likely drive some others off of our site. I tip my hat to Sir Hearsky.

What were Jokic's college stats?

He averaged far more assists internationally before entering the NBA than Whitmore did before entering the NBA. Like 3-4x the amount.

Having players who aren’t multifaceted on the wing is just bad for winning basketball imo. Whitmore does what well? Rebound? Great. It’s not exactly our biggest need with Kessler and Lauri aboard. Whitmore’s a wing who is a mediocre shooter 34/70 and never passes the ball, two things we need, sort of really badly. The pick makes no sense. Doing it because he has an NBA is a dumb reason. Doing it because he’s young and we like his stroke and think he has a ton of upside is not a great reason. We’re at 9. Not 15 or 20. We’re in the top ten and almost all of these guys are super young. There are far more super young (like him) players who’ve actually produced quality stats and managed to get their team into the tournament, in some cases, deep into the tournament.
