Maybe this will be clarified with the rest of the trade news coming out, but it makes for a fun thought experiment.
As it stands, this is our depth chart:
Hill/Exum/Mack/Neto/Burke
Hood/Burks/Johnson
Hayward/Ingles
Favors/Lyles
Gobert/Withey/Pleiss
With draft picks potentially coming our way.
I would figure we get rid of 2 PGs-- but the question becomes which 2? As presently constituted, Mack might be the best of the three-- but we saw how useful he was as a 3rd stringer with Atlanta. His play improved with usage, and he won't be playing nearly the same amount of minutes here barring injury.
Consequently, I'm thinking we stick with Neto, and axe the other 2. What say you?
