I use the "Instant e-check" option, which has no fees. It's pretty hassle free for me. Remember to use the bonus code STARS600 for a 100% deposit match bonus.
The cashout process defaults to sending the money back the same way it came, but I think you can also request a check. There are no fees on that end either as far as I know.

Thanks. I skimmed it all yesterday. I'd never earn enough points to make a $10 bonus (the lowest), but it never hurts to try anyway. I think they don't send credit card deposits back to the card, but I'll have to recheck as I read it drunk.
Yeah I've never had a lot of luck clearing bonuses, they take a long time at the small stakes I play at, but it never hurts to try.
Ooh man, my glory days... Bodog used to offer 20% reload, virtually no waiting time... there was a good group of us that would cash out Friday and rebuy Monday. We all started to notice a serious cashout slump (200 - 300 hands of nothing but all-in bad beats). It got to me pretty hard and I tracked hands tight. I ended up quiting after calculating odds of losing a streak of flopped trips going all-in and the number was well over what Glenn Beck tries to "wrap your mind around". I couldn't play at a place that threw me an outlier higher than the number of people to ever walk this planet.
The old bonus days were so good while they lasted.
Anyway, thought it was a good time to get the bad beat stories going.

2000 starting chips, 15 min blinds (non-turbo)
payout top 20% (the most they allow)
