Who will have a worse record than the Warriors?

GSW will suck this year, its hard to find 7 teams that are gonna be worse

They're the same team as last year and there were 10 teams worse than them. I don't think it's hard to imagine 7 of those teams still being worse than them...

One team that I know for sure is worse that the Warriors is the Turkish National Team. They have no system on the offensive end and they play no defense. The Warriors on the other hand at least can score. They will not stop many teams, but a lot of teams find it hard to slow them down for an entire 48 minutes.

All that matters is the result after the lottery.
Are you sure this is right? It would mean that if GS is 7th worst that KOC would be sitting in his chair at the ping pong ball derby crossing his fingers that he doesn't win. I don't recall ever seeing or hearing mention of such a situation.

Udoh and Biedrens are healthy and M.Jackson starts a coaching career, i don't know if he will be hall of fame coach but i think he doesn't want to fall and he will try to make playoffs.

Not sure who exactly will be worse but hopefully it is seven teams. No more and no less.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha!

They just signed Kwame Brown for 7 million.

They might be getting too bad.

As people have mentioned, with the cap floor being raised, we're going to see a lot more contracts like this one that are large one year contracts to guys who probably don't deserve it.

The Warriors finished 10th or 11th from the bottom last year. They'll probably do about the same this year. They could decide to tank, but it's unlikely with Mark Jackson being a new coach wanting to prove himself.
Keith Smart was a 1st year head coach, had experience on the bench, and isn't a ****ing buffoon.

Also, if the lottery would hold true, then the Warriors would have to be the EIGHTH worst. The pick is top-7 protected, meaning 1-7 are protected. The best the Jazz can get is the 8th pick in the draft.

And after they rescinded their QO for Reggie Williams just to screw with the Clippers.

They need to hire Mullins again. Their organization is ****ing garbage.

Hey come on, we have 6 nba players, GSW don't have 6 nba level players

I don't think GSW will be that good this year. I think they suck, and they don't have a deep roster, it will be a big problem in the compressed season. However, with the help of 3-4 good players they have (considering they have magical performances night in and out) and with the help of luck, we can get a pick between 8-10.

I think we can get a good player around 8-10, but i am pretty sure with the current roster we will make playoffs and we have no chance to get a good pick with our own pick.

If we make the play-offs, we don`t own our own draft pick next year.

Btw, the GSW-pick-protection lasts until after the lottery, right? If this is the case we might not even get the pick if the finish with the 8th or 9th worst record if they`re lucky in the lottery.

Golden State would have to be pretty incompetent to end up with exactly the 8th worst record. If they're in that position with a week to go, they'd only have to lose one or two games to keep their pick. However, looking back at the last couple seasons, they usually finish strong. They never tank. Still, my guess is we either don't get the pick or it's in the 11-14 range.

That would be terribly awkward for both the Jazz and the Warriors. Who does the NBA put on the stand?

Can you imagine KOC and Mark Jackson standing next to each other at one lectern, the camera shows them as the 8th pick is announced: GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS. Jackson slams the podium, drops an f-bomb and storms off. KOC looks somber.

Awkward? To me that would be some great television. If the roles are reversed then it would still be entertaining but also slightly depressing.

Vegas says that seven teams are worse than the Warriors (Pistons, Wizards, Kings, Raptors, Cavs, T-Wolves, Bobcats) and three are equally bad (Sixers, Bucks, Pacers).
