Both are free agents and I would assume both wouldn't mind coming back here. Take out the issue of their contracts and money. This is solely based on what player you would like to see play for the Jazz again.

If Foye walks, Korver.

Although I wouldn't mind AK for around 5 million, but that might be too low for him.

Solely on ability to help us win?

AK. No question. He is the better basketball player, and if Al is gone, and we go back to a true flex offense, he would excel in it.

But Al won't be gone, and Corbin still won't know how to run an offense, so Korver.

He can stand at the 3 pt line and hit a three. AK can't.

And since our max player won't play defense, I won't expect AK/Korver to, so that makes Korver even more attractive.

Yeap. Both are mediocre players right now who are not ideal for the Jazz.

The Jazz have alot of cap space in the summer, if you haven't noticed it's pretty slim pickens.

Korver and AK are some of the better FA's available this summer.

No matter how you slice it the Jazz will need to fill their roster.

Yea we saw the same thing with Marvin and MO experince. Last summer everyone was saying we needed 3 and 1 so medicority continued with mediocre players. I do not want either Korver or AK to continue the mediocrity. They will not make any difference. Korver will be scared to defend and AK will be out 25 matches due to back spasm etc.

It's been fun watching AK on minny. Having him on this team would definitely improve my enjoyment in watching the team more than Korver, so that's enough for me.

Yes let's resuscitate our glorious past by bringing back these descent ish players. Fwiw Ak won't even be a free agent next year, he'll be opting in in Minnesota, and no I do not want to replace one limited mediocre SF with another one, especially a retread

Players I would want on the Jazz:

Reddick, Bledsoe, Smith.

If you pay the MAX to Jefferson, I'd rather have Smith.

Jazz starting five:

Favors - Veteran player
Kanter - Draft - Evans
Smith - Carroll - Murphy
Hayward - Burks - Redick
Bledsoe - Redick - Tinsley

AK has 10 mil option for next season with Minny. Why would he not take it and go back to Jazz for lets say 5 mil? This just ain't happening. He loves system and coach in Minny - don't think iso dominated post ball is high on his priority list.
Korver would be great on the other hand, again do not hink he has any desire to come back to Jazz.

You guys are correct I didn't notice his player option. This thread sucks.

Throw Dwight Howard on there too while you are at it.

yea why not? The thing is you gotta select players useful and integral not mediocre. You asked the FA players which are preferable and the players i mentioned are worth the money and more valuable than AK and Korver. It's another story you can get them or not.
