Kinda been rooting for the Blazers so far (don't like Houston at all and would like to see Wes, Earl and Damien do well). Between OKC and Memphis I don't really care. Haven't watched any of the East games yet.
 
I always root for Chicago Bulls. Bobcats are one of my favorite franchises because of Michael Jordan. And Trail Blazers are one of my top franchises that I would love to win championship. Spurs I respect but do not root for. Heat and Clippers I don't like too much. Hawks; the last time I rooted for them, Mookie Blaylock was playing for them. And since then, last time I've heard about the Hawks was UGLI Baby wearing their pejamas and sleeping with dreams of Dominique Wilkins dunking on him followed by Spud Web. I think the Grizzlies can eliminate the OKC. Warriors might play Conference Finals. I don't like the Wizards very much. I like the Nets because of Deron and JJ. I ****ing love the Raptors. I love Canada. I liked Houston but they've screwed Aşık so I can only root for them if they are in the finals so that Aşık can get his ring. I have never in my life cared for Mavericks even though Carter is one of my dunking heroes. The Pacers, we'll see.
 
I like underdogs. And teams with "Z's" in their names. So I'll go for Wizards in the EC and Grizzlies in the WC.

In reality, any team other than the Heat and the Warriors is o.k. with me. Spurs have won too many titles so I'm also hoping Dallas ousts them.
 
I'm cheering against:

Heat, nets, spurs, Mark Jackson, Chris Paul, Texas teams, and playoffs that extend into June.

I'm cheering for ping pong luck on May 20th. And for Lindsey to get this head coach hire done quickly and done right.
 
Dang fun watching the Hawks knocking down all these threes. The Pacers are falling apart! I've never seen this before.
 
I would be thrilled to see the Pacers go out in the first round. Ugly basketball and so much whining and showboating.

I really thought they had a chance to win the title this year. But gotta say all of these series have been amazing. EC not disappointing.
 
Injury hold him back, winning the world championships this season.

Right now, I am rooting for Miami, Hawks, Grizzlies, Portland and GSW. That will change over time.

I'll take whoever we get at #4 and #23 over Millsap and a pick in the 14-18 range. Because keeping Millsap would have meant signing more vets (like Foye, Carroll and maybe Mo) and competing for the playoffs. Best case? 7th seed. Worst case? 9th. AS much as I liked Paul, it was time to tear it down and rebuild.
