Why does Mo always feel the need to jack up a 3 late in the game?

He did this all the time before his injury. Those 3's always lead to fast break points and horrible transition defense.

I am not stating we would of won the game if Mo did not do this. There were plenty of mental lapses by Hayward and Foye etc.

But what Mo Williams is doing is not a mistake. They are things he always does.
He always shoots these 3 point shots with tons of time on the clock and he is not even open.

I am so tired of watching him play. I can live with errors that happen and mistakes. But when you consistently do the same thing over and over and you do not realize it was the wrong thing to do than we have a problem.

Corbin sucks and so does Mo. The ball movement tonight was amazing and I loved watching the game. Mental break downs lost the game in the end by a few players.

I hope Jefferson comes back so the ball movement becomes bad again and we miss the playoffs. FIRE Corbin! Don't sign Mo

Mo loves hero ball. He and Michael Redd were an amazing duo in the 4th quarter, trying to out-chuck each other.

He is a Motard

I've been saying it and saying it. He is chucker. He is bad for this team.

Hero Ball.

Yeah, that one did surprise me. I'm thinking what is he doing? There was no one in position to rebound either. Well, the coach needs to stop shots like that.

That last minute was déjà vu of the start of the season with Mo. I didn't miss that part of Mo's game. I know he won a few for us, but I'd prefer a little more control and better shot selection from Mo at the end of the games.

This, but at least the young guys played well!!

The 3 Mo took was a bad shot at a bad time. The layup at the end with 2 seconds left you couldn't ask for a better shot than that. It just didn't go. I had a lot of fun watching the game tonight with Mo playing. Does he take some bad shots. Yeah, Is he at least a threat with the ball. Yeah. So right now with this team I am happy to have Mo playing

This site has fairweather fans! Dont come here much but i prefer to speak with fans who actually like the team! Go Jazz!

That is called tribalism.

Why does someone have a favorite team?
Owner? Nope
GM? Nope
Coach? Changes pretty often and nobody here likes Corbin
Players? They change every year
The City or State??? Do you go to city or State council meetings and root for the certain politicians who live in your area?

Oh we like the Jazz because they are the Jazz and we live here. No logic behind that.

If supporting certain basketball philosophies and players who play the game correct is fair weather than I am proud of it.
I don't support tribalism in any form. Supporting just to support. Makes no sense. No logic only emotion.

Mo is now 1/14 on clutch shots this season. He is NOT the guy we want taking shots down the stretch, but we all know it's going to continue.

I think Mo could be good for the team if Corbin did not give him so much rope. He gets too much Rope and he kind of hangs himself with it. Corbin needs to give him less rope. Ill advised threes don't help us, especially so early in the shot clock. we had the lead and he should have run time off the clock.

I had no problem with his game tonight not sure what the hell you guys all saw, but I didn't see hero ball from him at all. I don't understand why all the beef with the last second three. Hayward threw him the ball and was pinned in the corner with 2 seconds left. What was he suppose to do?

Mo is a 2. He is doing a decent job of being a square peg, but at the end of the day he is still a square peg. A true 1 is so hard to find. The few that are out there either struggle shooting or defending.

There was a three with a minute and change on the clock and he shot it up after only a few seconds had gone off the shot clock -- very ill advised. He wasn't even set. He was moving and kind of rushed it.

We are actually referring to the 3 he took before that when we had the lead and there was like 21 seconds on the shot clock
