I base morality on if someone is hurtful or malicious to others. You act like she'd do bad things because she posed in playboy.
I don't think that is at all informative about this situation. Playboy models can be victims of domestic violence.

The local news just covered it, not even 5 minutes into the broadcast.
LOL ... I mean:
- The incident happened nearly 1 year ago;
- No police report was filed at the time;
- No restraining order was filed (until now?);
- This is not the first time the Jazz have played in LA this year;
Seems to me she doesn't have much of a case... But I guess it's the juiciest news today because she is a playboy playmate and Whithey is a Jazz player.
But I've seen cases like these thrown out by Judge Judy before. She would say "If you're so scared of him why didn't you file a restraining order against him on ... so and so dates... when the Jazz visited LA to play the Lakers or the Clippers? Why have you waited until now to do so? Also what physical evidence do you have? Any photos? If no photos, do you have a hospital report of when you went in to see the doctor at the time?"

Like Withy's lawyer said the biggest thing for me is that TMZ sports reported it the same day it was reported to the cops. I understand waiting a year, but when it would hurt him the most. Too big of a coincidence
The off season is also looming.
1. Jeff probably lives in the LA area during the off-season. Possible something transpired recently to make her feel the need to come forward as she could be worried about him being in LA most of the summer.
2. Not only is this the playoffs for Withey, this is also the end of a contract year for Withey. This is the kind of allegation that could ruin a player of Withey's talent level., even if not found guilty.

His career may be in jeopardy even if this stuff is false. Short of her coming out and saying it was lies this stuff sticks whether or not it's true sometimes. If he was more talented could probably look past it... as a 10th or 12th man... that's tough.

To be honest I knew this girl was 'bad news' the moment I saw her. I still remember her picture of when she got the engagement ring.
I mean, who in their right mind brings the hand up in that manner to take a photo?!?! Obviously she's showing off that big rock, but it's not just the fact that she's showing it off, it's the blatant, I don't give a **** way she does it, all fingers stretched up. I think it's pretty standard to show off the ring in an engagement picture. That's how people know it's an engagement photo or announcement. Yeah it's ok to show it, but to me it's the way she does it. Normally people would just smile for a camera with hand out in front, etc.
But this was like, she's kissing him, he's obviously surprised by her kiss cos he still had his eyes open, then she stuck up her hand like a rocket right between the kiss.
It just looks 'staged' somehow. Like manufactured romance. Not genuine at all. I don't like that. But that's just me.
It's definitely staged. That's seems pretty normal to me.
It does not point to her character in any way to me good or bad but we all read people in our own way.
