The refs have been weird tonight. Very inconsistent. Obvious fouls are being missed and quite a few touch fouls are being called.

In an interview Quinn basically said free throws are the players' responsibility.

Little bit of a test for quin right now. Can he get this team back on track. We know we are just not a great offensive team. Time to really bear down on defense and squeeze this one out.

The Jazz are getting tons of good looks, they just can't hit anything tonight. I feel like the Wizards have made more than their fair share of low-percentage shots but it is offset by their turnover problems.

Wizards shooting 58%, Jazz shooting 38% and missed 8 FT, yet still only down 2. Could have been a lot worse, thanks to TO's and Offensive rebounds.

Sad how much that sounds like an excuse. In high school we had free throw practice as part of shooting drills and if we were < like 60% (can't remember exactly) we shot extra in practice. Quins job is winning, so the whole not caring about free throws thing has to go.

I kind of agree with Quin....why take 30minutes to practice free throws? Players need to figure that **** out on their own. This is the big league and that's the way it is. Then again...you can practice free throws for ages and some players will never get it....ask shaq.

That is one half of our announcing teams problem. Trying so desperately to be cute about everything, like they are trying so hard to be loved they are poorly trying to emulate hot rod or something. Man I miss that guy.
