DeShawn Stevenson started a lot of games for Utah in 03-04 and sucked in almost all of them.

He was bad enough to get replaced by Giricek.

Andre Owen. He made the team as a FA and I remember he came off the bench against Toronto early in the season and hit 3 or 4 open jumpers and they tried to make this kid sound like the SG of the future.

I can't remember him doing anything of note after that and was soon off the team.

I'd go with Devin Brown. Morris Almond is a close 2nd. But I expected more out of Brown so to me it is him.
