Would you trade for Draymond?

You know who doesn't get along... guys that are outspoken and guys that are too sensitive... with what we know about these guys are we shocked it didn't work? Doesn't mean one guy is a cancer and one guy isn't. I mean if Green was a cancer... how come he's only been on one team his whole career? how come that team has had more success than any team in the last 15 years or so?

So glad we didn't get him. Also glad Bojan > Harris.

I think we came out smelling like a rose... would have liked to get a better discount on Conley, but if he plays as well as he should it will look like a home run.

Curious what people would think of Harris vs. Bogdanovic now. Essentially, both of them would fill the same (Hayward) role. The biggest advantage to Harris is rebounding, but I always felt Harris was kind of, as you say, an empty calories guy, like Russell. Bojan definitely not. We also don't have to pay Harris that massive amount of money.

Age goes to Harris and I think he's a better one on one type creator than Bojan. Now that we have Conley, Bojan is the better fit clearly. He gets everything within the flow of the offense. I think he's a better defender than Harris too.

For the price and fit on this team Bojan >> Harris. I like both guys a lot.

I’m all-in on Bojan. It seems like he’s fitting better than anyone could have known in advance. All the way down to the subtle stuff that barely makes itself knowable to the fan... Bojan is better for us than any of the other names that were bandied about.

He's doing it all in our normal actions, spotting up, or making drives off kickouts… scoring a ton without needing the ball. He's had a ton of open looks too... none of it seems fluky.

Not gonna lie, I like bojan better. Even before considering salary.

Joe is the ****-talker.

Conley and Mitchell are just happy-go-lucky guys that almost make you feel okay about getting beat.

Gobert is the death knell that you hear from afar. He causes you to panic and make bad choices.

Bogey is the wraith that breaks down the door and ends you.

Would y'all do Exum + top 20 protected 1st* for Bertans?

*I'm not sure on the rules regarding trading a first with how we did our deal with Memphis, but I know I'm not super in love with this upcoming draft class.

I believe Davis is UFA after this year. History makes me doubt The Jazz would part with a first and Exum for a rental.

Tho he'd be on the short list to replace Uncle Jeff if it doesn't work out or he decides not to re-up with Utah.

Yes...... No............. maybe............... idk. Depends on the trade. I do think that a Conley/Mitchell/Bogdanovic/Donkey/Gobert lineup would be dominant.

No. Bertans is a fine player, great shooter, and volume too, but he can't rebound at all. He could maybe play a Korver role for us.

Watching GS the last 5 years, my observation is that Green was a KEY proponent to there success! We they NEEDED a rebound, he got it! When they NEEDED a basket, he got it! When they NEEDED a steal, he got it! When they NEEDED a stop, he got it! His value to there team was drastically overlooked, but not by basketball savvy minds! If we added him and brought back Rubio, we'd win 65 games! We'll probably win 55-60 as is. We certainly don't need to give up any of our good shooters to get them, but if it could be done by draft choices and salary dump scrubs, then I'd do it!

I would look at the Kings. They thought that they were going to be in the playoffs this year - that's why they signed all of those veterans. That's probably not going to work out and they will be realizing it around the deadline.

Harrison Barnes
DeWayne Dedmon
Trevor Ariza
Corey Joseph

Could all be available. We'll have a better idea of exactly what our team needs are closer to the deadline. I fully expect the Jazz to make a move that no one saw coming.

i don't know exactly what would be his overall positive impact to be this interested on the trade, and i say that looking to his skillset before of issues of chemistry, age, next contract, etc...

we already have a lot of playmaking and stellar rim protection (and the backup of rudy doing fine so far), and i don't fancy the spacing of green at the four, especially as we don't have 3 of the greatest shooters of league history on our starting lineup and iggy coming of the bench for him to fill the center spot.

so i'd be concerned over what would be his real impact on what i don't think that is such a great/easy fit, and what exactly would be his use over the lineups.
