Never been a Lowry fan, but didn't the Rockets start losing when he got injured? Then McHale kept him out a bit longer because Dragic was putting up stats (but the Rockets were losing)? I don't follow them closely enough to know the details, but I think it was something like that.

I'd rather trade for Jack. I think he'd fit better and come with a lot lower price tag.

He started the season very well. He was a triple-double waiting to happen then got injured. He's hard to figure out, he could make an Allstar game, but who knows if he will ever be one of the top 10 pg's. However with Dragic being a free agent the Rockets may be forced to keep Lowry.
I just loathe his shooting %. 41% is just too low for me to really be interested in him.
And he isn't exactly lights out from beyond the arc.

Why sign and trade unless I'm wrong on this, I thought Dragic was the free agent while Lowry was under contract.

Maybe an extend and trade, or maybe the Raptors are looking to sign someone and trad them.
