we don’t have the goods to get a deal done. They are likely looking at a wing with some upside or draft pick or two.
Exum, Bradley, protected 1st.

He can play both 5 and 4. If Jazz go small he is perfect 5 for that.... if they go big he can play 4 just fine.I really liked his dad, and I like him, but can he play anything besides the 5?
That's really terrible haul for Sabonis though, Jazz would need to include something more valuable.Exum, Bradley, protected 1st.

We don’t have a 1st to trade until the pick conveys to Memphis. That, or a draft-day trade.Exum, Bradley, protected 1st.

Favors was better shot blocker but Sabonis is way tougher, better rebounder, better passer and more efficient scorer. What he lacks in wingspan he compensates with craftiness around the basket. He's like Favors, except he's not as long, and he's way more skilled.
Favors and Sabonis aren’t alike... they are both tall humans.
we have zero shot at landing Sabonis... none. I’m guessing if anything gets done it will be the Celtics. Maybe the Kings... could see them panic trading Buddy or maybe Bogie. Not a great fit with Bagley but it’s the Kings... they do stuff.
If Exum were healthy, playing elite defense, and scoring about 12ppg, then Indiana would be interested. Exum and Oladipo could be a very pesky defensive duo.
Lamb and Warren are definitely bench pieces. Brogdon can roam 1-3. They could build an elite defense in that conference.Indiana has Brogdon, Oladipo, Lamb, TJ Warren and Turner. It's not clear exactly what they're looking for. They just aren't going to pay him, and won't match him in free agency. This smells a lot like the Enes Kanter situation in Utah a few years back. Utah only got a 1st-rd pick from OKC in that deal, the one they flipped to Minny for Rubio.

You’re the one who suggested it. I’m helping justify it, braugh.Exum, Bradley, protected 1st.
You can't trade someone who is ded. They have to be alive to pass the physical. We don’t have a 1st to trade until the pick conveys to Memphis. That, or a draft-day trade.
