Look, I take offstream LDS prophecies seriously. If the Church denies a "revelation" I take it as proof of it's divine inspiration. Maybe I could link this for you even, but in short there's one about the destruction of some important American cities, including New York, where it's foretold that there will be bodies lying in the streets, with starving people sneaking out onto the streets to knaw on the flesh, only to have their own muscles and sinews just fall off their bones. Most likely some very high radiation levels cooking that meat.
Anyway, as you say, some of the finest dining in the world is on the New York streets. . . .
