The more I read about Favors the more I like him. Not only has he constantly improved his game, but he's become more vocal through the years which is huge. Stories like these make so happy we got him for the forseable future

Probably mine to. I remember alot of negative nancys who ragged on him his first two years, and look at that, they are all quiet now. (except for a few outspoken *** hats) I think this year will be his best, and he'll make the ASG and the ADT with Rudy.

I remember when we got Favors from NJ in the whole DWill implosion... thought the best thing we got there was the unprotected #3 pick... some prior forgotten ex-Jazz. Always expected that #3 to be the stud and Favors didn't really impress me much the first few years. Of course, that was under the tutelage of Corbin and on the bench behind Paul and Al.

Absolutely love his quiet strength, his down to earth attitude about life and his family... and his effort and dedication to the Jazz. Cringe every time he's mentioned as a possible trade. Even if he didn't get better (which I do NOT believe) we should keep him. He's not going to leave Utah for the bright lights or a few mil more. And as we just saw in Spain/France, Gobert is Good, Gobert is Great, but he ain't God, without Favors.
 
Favors seriously doesn't get talked about enough, even among Jazz fans. Gobert is a defensive God, Hayward's our best offensive player, but Favors is the best two-way player on the team.

There just isn't much to talk about.

He hasn't really done much stuff that we can really talk about or speculate on over the summer like Gobert (French National Team) or Hayward (worked out with Team USA and has posted youtube workout videos).
 
I kind of feel like favors likes it that he doesn't get talked about
 
He apparently said that he has a surprise new weapon for next season and that it's not a corner 3. I wonder what it is... sky hook?

Interesting. Can't wait to see what it is. It won't be the sky-hook though. Only one player ever perfected the sky-hook. Kareem started practicing the sky-hook when he was in the fifth grade. It's not a shot that can be added to your game in an off-season.
 
Favors is the man. My bro-in-law met him at raging waters last summer, and got a pic with my little nephew. He said Favors was a super nice guy, and that he is is massive. My bro-in-law is like 6'4" and he said he felt like Favors was a foot taller than him.

I think this is awesome. Good deeds aside, we shouldn't be awarded for doing good deeds, but we should do them because it's the right thing to do. Everybody should do their part to become better people. I think it's awesome that Favors cares so much he is rewarding fans for doing the right thing. This is incredible.
