What's new

Kevin Martin and Channing Frye

Frye as Center, no thank you....

How about this trade... Dwill, Bell, and Memo

Eric Gordon, Deandre Jordan, and Baron

Why would we give up our best inside presence? How does this keep Deron happy when you're making the team worse?

What is it with Jazz fans who suddenly want to trade for a player like Frye just because they lit us up once?

Houston gets their center to replace Yao.
Phoenix gets a huge expiring to sign a free agent for one last run with Nash

Martin gives Deron that scorer he needs in the backcourt.
Frye spreads the floor ala Memo and allows Millsap to do his thing down low. He's also a decent defender and shot blocker.

Frye average 5 boards and 0.6 blocks a game. No thank you.

Kevin Martin, fine. But not Frye. We don't need another Memo.

How about we just get a SG to spread the floor? It's never been a great idea to have a soft center who refuses to rebound or play defense cast away from halfcourt. Seriously, how many championships have been won by 3 point shooting centers vs traditional?

Well if Frye sucks what does that say about the jazz? He scored 30+ against us. The Jazz could have had Frye when he became a FA instead Phoenix got him for nothing. I certainly think Frye would be a valuable role player if he were on the Jazz. He would provide the shooter that the Jazz so dearly need. I find it funny how Jazz fans whine about the loss of Korver but would want a taller version.

I wouldn't trade AJ for him because the Jazz need Jefferson's low post game and the Jazz would become an even worse rebounding team but Frye as a six man off the bench for scoring would instantly make the team better.
