It was clear Dwill was the floor leader but now he is gone. Who is going to step up and be the new captian. Who are the players going to look to on the floor? Who is going to lead by example? I would have to say it's time for millsap to step into this role, but with the way big al has been playing it might be him job to take us home

I think it might be early but I think it has to be Harris.

Nobody is vocal enough other than Raja probably( and I think they ought to cut his minutes anyway).

We played more as a team tonight than we have in a while. Everyone trying on defense, everyone passing the ball. I think just about everyone had 2 or 3 assists. Makes you wonder, was Deron the black hole? I guess only time will tell.

Deron damn well wasn't a black hole. That's simply ridiculous. However, when your teammates don't enjoy playing with you, it's going to make team basketball much more difficult. This team has been miserable since December.

I won't say the offense is better without Deron but it is more fluid. More movement and passing. It's been like this for awhile, not just this year.

I think Al has really stepped up. But I think Harris is the floor leader. He was commanding out there tonight. You can tell he is cocky sob and has a little nasty in him. I like him all ready.

Devin Harris, less than24 hours after arriving and a brief time on the bench at the start, took over tonight, playing 29 minutes. I believe he played the entire 4th quarter. He's way quicker and more aggressive getting into the paint and either getting off a shot, getting fouled, or dishing from the paint than Williams was.

Deron played ****** defense for the last couple months. I'm pretty sure our defense will see an immediate improvement with him gone.
