Klay was picked before us, just saying.
We could have taken him 3rd instead of Kanter. That's all I meant.

Celtics are flawed
He jelly
ThisWe need more people like Simmons. I'm starting to worry that the O/U will be set too high after all the other hype.
Actually we took kanter at 3.Klay was picked before us, just saying.

Damn
I love the team we have now. But sometimes I wonder how much better we'd be defensively if our starting lineup was
Hill Or Exum
Klay
Kawhi
Favors
Gobert
Substantial upgrade? Insignificant upgrade? Kind of an interesting what if scenario.
What you want people to say no? You are biggest fool of all! Of course this is gooder team our team!!!
Actually, he had one of the best fg% in the final two minutes last year. The problem was that he wasn't aggressive enough. Didn't always have the ball or take the final shot. He came through for the Jazz more often then not. This part actually has some merit. If we keep relying on Hayward for the final two minutes like we did last year , we're screwed. And if Quin continues to have Hayward be the primary play maker during these final two minutes, that's a reason to not be sold on him.
But hopefully Hood will be the first option come crunch time, with Hill and Johnson playing a big role. I wish I could include Exum here, but there is too much uncertainty on whether he will reach his potential this season.
Simmons seems a bit out of touch with the NBA... Feel like he used to have better thoughts... I'm talking pre-NBA preview Bill.
His Hayward comments likely stem from the game against the Celtics where Hayward got a shot blocked by Avery Bradley late. My guess is that is one of two games he watched all year. Not blaming him for it, but just saying his comments are just ignorant.
With regard to Quin... he's a good coach that resonates with the players. The in game stuff is just okay right now, but he hasn't had much of a PG or veteran presence to help out. I'm less worried with the X's and O's... we can bring in help for that and he can improve. The other stuff is less teachable imo.
Yeah Simmons used to say all the good things about the jazz when they sucked. Now he doesnt like them and they'll be great.
Also he's jealous because he wants Hayward on the Celtics.
Well he said Favors is an energy guy off the bench and the Jazz were going to be the 2nd worst team last year so... I guess I will start worrying when Bill Simmons actually likes the Jazz...
