Vivint Arena Renovations

The Miller's do not own Gateway. FYI there are talks of Gateway interacting with the arena in the future. Also, Gateway is in the process of reworking both parking structures, so parking there for games won;t be a total nightmare anymore.
Bridges can only go between buildings owned by the same entity?

Sure a lot of it looks like updated boxes and suites, but I think the upgrade of having the open concourse at the top of the upper bowl is awesome. When I go to a game, and I'm pretty sure anybody on this site would feel the same way, I don't want to miss a second of the action. With that being said I don't know much about other arenas to compare to them.

I said I'd rep anyone who authored a more obsessed version of that post. That includes you. This totally isn't personal, mayne.

I do not understand.

Correct. Unless there's a development agreement between both property owners.
Oh, thanks for the clarification. I thought you could probably just build a bridge from one building to another without letting anyone know about it.

I guess this could never possibly happen because no struggling mall owner in their right mind would want 20,000 people to have easy access to their property, and no arena owner could live with the idea of adding so many amenities and direct access to parking at a relatively low cost, right?

I think Gail should start giving speeches. "We're going to build a bridge, and we're going to make Gateway pay for it! They don't know it yet, but they will pay for it. That I promise you." And they would (assuming the owners have two brain cells they could rub together).

It seems pretty reasonable of them to include a rendering of each area that they are renovating, and it seems pretty obvious that some of those areas are going to be more exclusive than others.

But the vast majority of the conference and renderings were about the very exclusive suite and club portions, making the whole thing pretty unusable, unrelatable unimpressive for the majority of fans.

Are there areas of the arena you are interested in seeing that there wasn't a rendering of? As for the more exclusive areas, I didn't see anything that I couldn't relate to. I've got a living room myself. It just doesn't happen to be connected to an NBA arena. I think it's cool seeing one that does, even if I have to accept the fact that I might never own it.
