It isn't the height, it is the ability to play defense.
height is irrelevant in basketball ??

Well the spurs did not long ago. The point is there is no universal NBA law that a shorter than average point guard can't lead a championship team.
Tony Parker isn't shorter than average.
Parker is listed at 6'2 on ESPN.
According to DX the average height of PG's measured at the combined is 6'.59'' (all those guys dont make the NBA though)
According to this article (4 years ago keep in mind) the average height of a NBA starting PG was 6'2 https://pinwheelempire.com/p/nba/prototypical-size-vs-reality-in-the-nba/
Parker is the definition of average height PG.
And Parker "leading" the Spurs is debatable when Duncan and Ginobili were equal or more important leaders.
So your argument is that there IS a universal law that shorter players can't be leaders of a championship team.
As far as parker being the leader he did hey finals MVP at least once. Pretty sure that qualifies.
Totally right. If Parker was 5'9 he would be the same player. Never uses his height or length to drive to the basket or anything.show me a play where Parker disrupts things because of his length or size.

Tony Parker is a small guard. No amount of hair-splitting can make it otherwise.
Actually he uses his speed to get to the basket. An advantage often of being a smaller guard.
Yeah like stats that put him as an average height PG.
I posted links in this thread earlier. The information was outdated, but it was data used from when Parker was in his prime. He is as average as it gets in the size department.where are you getting your info?
