He was a better scorer, and I'm sure that's what Benji means.
But scoring =/= better player.
Exum is far and away the best defender and most athletic of the three. His playmaking skills are also pretty impressive as well.
Neto is a pest and is probably the best shooter out of the three. He's a decent defender and he knows his role.
Trey was a chucker best suited coming off the bench. He was inefficient but showed he could score in crunch time. His defense was abysmal, but he tried at least.
I can see how his father thinks he was the best of the three going off of basic statistics, but it's simply not the case.
That being said, I'm going to miss Trey. He was a true professional, even when he lost his starting job to three different point guards, all newcomers to the team.

Fair assessment, except for the last sentence. After his Twitter incident, he had no other option but to demonstrate good behavior. He's not talented enough to be a screw up off the court. Also, I only listened to a summary of the interview, but apparently at the beginning of the 15/16 season he sat down w/ David Locke and talked about how he'd always been a trouble maker and wanted to do things his way, but over the summer he'd turned into a professional and taken the game more seriously (which was shocking to me, because he always gave the appearance of being professional his first 2 years.)

That's only furthering my point about him being a professional.
Didn't hear a single negative comment out of him, at all really while he was here. Kid didn't complain (publicly anyway), he just kept trying to prove himself, which unfortunately, just didn't work out.
I remember when we drafted him, I thought we landed the next CP3. Man, I wish that were true. He's a good kid, I hope he succeeds in Washington.
