What's new

Following potential 2017 draftees...

I really liked Michigans run this year. Their late surge resulting in a relatively high tourney seed, the PnR heavy style they play emulating the pro game pretty well. Only watched the first half last night, but I really liked Wagners shot selection in the first half. A lot of open looks within the offense, but not yet his personal skillset. Would have loved to see him knock down some more of his attempts.

How much do want to bet that vick gets drafted? I'll bet you your whole salary for the year on it. lets draw up the contract.

He's not going to declare this year. If he does I will gladly take that deal and we will draw up a contract. Doubt you have anywhere near that kind of money though.

Ahh, the victim card. Par for the course. Hiding from the uncountable bad takes. You hide your complete lack of basketball knowledge behind the quantity over quality prospect reporting. Any attempt by you to engage in team building strategy always ends up looking hilarious a year or two later.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Any of us could go look at DX or ESPN's big board and come here and talk about 100+ prospects. The real hard part is projecting players who will rise/fall and who will outplay or not play as good as their draft position.

Except for when it's my boy Richaun, then it's easy money.

Bitch made is throwing rocks and then hiding your hands. Which is how you casual fans operate. Thats the go-to move here.

Thats why people have alts here, so they can throw rocks and hide their hands. thats the premium upgrade you get, it's how you get your $$$'s worth from Jazzfanz.

THIS BEHAVIOR IS ENCOURAGED HERE DOES THAT MEAN ITS RIGHT?

Spoken like a true alt himself.

Funny how every single person here perceives you one way and you, the other.

Bum.

Sigh. Nothing more then reading 3 pages of people stroking themselves.

Back on topic this draft is hard for me because there are so many options available.

I just wish I knew what was happening with hill and Hayward.

I'd be happy if we select a JHawk, either their PF Jackson or PG Frank Mason III which was projected to be a late round pick, don't know about that now after his tournament performance. Can handle the ball blindfolded, calm, quick, easy 3 pt shot. Reminds me of Deron Williams.

I'm thinking the Jazz will let Hill go past a certain price and a certain number of years (like 3 rich years), but it's hard to say what that will be. Letting Hill walk might be a blessing in disguise if it gives the Jazz more flexibility to experiment with deals involving Favors, Lyles, Burks and possibly even Hood.

I'm thinking Hayward stays with the Jazz because Gobert is emerging as a franchise player and could continue to improve for another year or two. So staying in Utah is the best combination of getting paid, winning games and being featured as a primary player.

Then the Jazz will ask themselves where they're going to get an impact guard in the backcourt and a versatile, stretchy PF. They've been good at finding bench players that work in Quin's system.

I know it's just 1 game, but I now have grave concern about Ball's shooting consistency and his (in)ability to get his shots off in traffic.

It's not even that. It was the lack competitive fire. How are you going to let another top-5 prospect drop 39 on you and have nothing to show for it?
