What's new

2018-19 all Grayson Allen kerfluffle incidents discussion thread, and kerfluffle highlights.

Grayson is going to get plenty this year. In part because of his reputation in part because of the way he plays. I am encouraged by his attitude..."I won't back down" he says.

I like his courage to stand up in contrast to a former jazz player who also seemed to irritate people but never stood up for himself.

My hope is Grayson cuts out the head butting and tripping but never stops the grabbing and holding that irritates the opponents.

Nick and Chris working hard to go out of their way to attack Allen.

Even brought white privilege/racism into it.

Describe the Kevin Love injury and say it’s the same move but then describe a different event.

What trash commenting. Biased agenda pushing at its worst.

I’m curious to here their commentary on what happened yesterday.

That foul on Trey should have been a tech or flagrant. It was excessive and unnecessary. If he wants to get into a okayer's head then he should do it a better way, like Joe Ingles does.

This one was ALL on Baldwin. Grayson shouldn't have put his shoulder into Trae, but that situation was blown way out of proportion. I suspect that will happen frequently throughout the year.

I'm still on the fence about GA as a player. I saw the college video in which he tripped people on multiple occasions. That has no place in sports, but he hasn't done anything crazy for the Jazz, yet. Funny thing is I was saying throughout most of last season that the Jazz players are a bit too nice. They could use a little dirty. If GA is our Dennis Rodman, I suppose I can live with that. ;)

I think you mean GA

Did Allen ever get into it with Baldwin in college?
