NBA SUMMER LEAGUE 2018

Wow you were there? Cool man!! Great to have someone 'on the ground'. Are you going to other Jazz games?

Sorry for the late reply but yeah, I was there again today when the Jazz played the Heat. I might go tomorrow again and definitely Thursday when the Jazz play against Orlando.

Btw is Cy and thee jazz fan whatever the same person? lol

You can see why Grayson was the choice. He does a little of everything. If his shot was all he had, aka Hood, he'd be in trouble.

He sets up other teammates, and looks great on the catch and shoot. Ingles as a mentor will do wonders for him.

Man, he looked tough and on point. Except for his shooting, again. Impressive athleticism and GREAT drive and dish game.

That dunk at 1:42

Allen does have a nice overall game. I still think he needs to become a > 40% 3 point shooter though. If he can do that, I think he can be a solid player. He sure looks like he has the mechanics to be able to do so.

Agreed, and I think he'll get there. An abductor strain would mess with his form because he can't get the lift out of his legs he's used to. Given some rest and coaching from the Quin and the crew, he'll be fine I think. Otherwise, he's got some nice aspects to his game that are better than I gave him credit for. Still needs help on D, but we're kind of known for that. He'll be fine.

I personally think he’s got more potential then Redick ever had coming into the league, and judging from comments made about Allen, most here never realized he could be a pg, which is shocking to me since he played pg for one entire year at Duke, and playing pg for one year is different then playing one year at pg for a lot of other programs.

In addition to his playmaking and driving game the most impressive thing I've noticed about Grayson is that he is fearless. That dunk where he just ignored the C/PF coming at him and went up like a honey badger was bad-***. Bet he'd be a good fighter/wrestler.

No doubt in my mind he'll be a huge X-factor come playoffs.

I'm not discounting us winning the title this year one bit if we're healthy. **** G.S.
