FiveThirtyEight: The Jazz Did Nothing This Summer and Are Title Contenders Now

The title goes against the general theme of the story. Click bait title. Nice read but a terrible title.

They didn't do nothing........ The baked teh cake

Yeah, it should say "Almost" title contenders, or "May be" title contenders.

I don't blame them... headlines have to be flashy. Like if he said "Hey the Jazz are Pretty Good at Basketball" I doubt it gets much attention.

If I was a writer I'd be even more blatant... I'd have a "Kardasian" and some reference to nudity or sex in every headline... don't care what the article is about.

Like "The Jazz are about to expose the NBA like Chloe exposed herself last weekend"

Good article. But I'm kinda disappointed that they didn't mention that Rubio was out for the Houston series when talking about Chris Paul's effectiveness against the Jazz. I think that if Rubio was healthy that series would have been totally different.

This.
Although they did mention health as being a key to our contention. If X, Juan Stockton, and Thabo are available, that is a different series. Not to mention DM twisting his ankle so bad he first thought it was broken in game 1. So even he was not at full speed.

still a lot of question marks, this west is stacked...this current west is probably more stacked than it was last year.

Yep. It's going to be a grind. If we can stay healthy, that plays to our strengths. After a tough road trip a stop in slc has to make teams cringe like going to the dentist for a root canal.

No probably about it. Spurs will be better than last year with no Kawhi, OKC and the Lakers improved, Nuggets and Grizzlies are healthy, Dallas and Phoenix both landed potential superstars in the draft...
