This team is not fun to watch this year. Last year they were so energetic and played with passion. This year it just seems like they feel idk entitled or something.

It might be early in the season but this years Rockets have some bad issues that can lead to season long issues. Terrible help defense, lack of rebounding and no consistency on offense.

The sole bright side i saw after this game was....nothing. its ****ing bleak atm.
Props to Utah:
-Donovan Mitchell is a straight up beast. Hindsight is 20/20 but how Lonzo Ball was taken 2nd overall and this kid fell as deep as he did baffles me. He can do it all. His penetration might even be better than Lillard. And he makes timely 3’s. He’s a stud and a future MVP of this league. It’s awesome seeing him continue to develop.
-Gobert was a presence down low and led to the Rockets getting jumpy in the paint.
-they played their usual good defense and got the W. They were the better team tonight. They won the 2nd quarter and never let the Rockets get within 4 after that. They did what they needed to do.
-Quinn Snyder (Snider?) coached a hell of a game. His timeouts were timely and he called great plays out of them. He will probably get this team to a top 4 seed this season….yes, better than the Lakers.
