According to this website the 3rd year is non-guaranteed. It's possible that it's wrong but it's usually very reliable.

Guessing it’s an error cause it isn’t in the notes... basketball reference... all the aggregator sites... all the Utah reporters had it as no options or non-guaranteed years either way.

Exum had a ton of time when Neto was out. It's low reward with either player so you play the guy who doesnt **** up the offense for everyone else.
