Makes sense.Rubashov probably has his corpse stuffed into the fridge in his garage.
He was dating/hanging with a girl in SLC that he mentioned being a bit unstable...

Also Jason Terry and Corey maggette signed with us as free agents (their teams matched cause they were restricted)1, not true
2, explain Boozer, Okur or Joe Johnson
3, we are currently doing ourselves the complete opposite right now by burning picks after picks, while not accumulating enough assets to put ourselves in a position to succeed in any trade talks.
I’m there with you. Life is good. Property on Exum Island is currently very cheap.
Kyle Lowry is 33 How'd he do earning his contract in the finals ??
Numerous rival teams firmly believe that the Memphis Grizzlies will be trading veteran point guard Mike Conley sooner rather than later — with Utah still thought to be at the front of the line like it was at the February trade deadline.
According to one trade scenario circulating Monday night, Memphis could receive a package from Utah headlined by the No. 23 pick in Thursday’s draft as well as a future first-rounder from the Jazz.

I so wanted Brand that year. Wanted to replicate Stockton and Malone with López and Brand. I also loved that Brand was an inside-only guy. As Karl’s game kept moving more to the midrange as he aged, I was dying for someone who just took it inside. And I think Elton Brand was close too
Well that first paragraph certainly ended with an unexpected pornographic twist.I so wanted Brand that year. Wanted to replicate Stockton and Malone with López and Brand. Was really hoping for López / Stevenson? / Kirilenko / Brand / Borchardt.
I saw Borchardt being a Raef LaFrentz, opening the floor for an inside guy. Alas...

I was so pissed when we took him above Tony Parker. But then I loved him.Man Raul Lopez could've been really good if he didn't have the knee problems
Great. And which 1st round pick will we trade for the next 32 year old rental next year? Here's the full quote from the Stein Newsletter for anyone that's curious:

I’m not certain Borchardt was a swing for the fences guy. I think he was the obvious choice. He was supposed to go like top 8 in most mocks. I was excited about him. Neither he nor López had bodies that held up in the NBA, though. Borchardt’s game also a bit ahead of its time. I remember people finding PFs and centers who shot threes to be a novelty at the time.Borchardt didn't suck, he was just injured. He was a "swing for the fences" pick, but could never get over the injuries.

I am now at the point that our current offer for Conley is our offer. I'm willing to pay that to get him. I wouldn't add anything more though. With all of the craziness going on, I now think we could get someone in free agency or another trade that will make us better. I like Conley, but not "future first" love him.
Right now Stein is reporting that we're offering two firsts for him. I agree that's too much and I'd rather go after guys in free agency
