"They're Not Talked About Very Much"

I am not going to get snarky or nasty or go for some humor here.

That’s too bad. I think you’re missing half the point of what it means to be a world class troll. which means that you’re more like 4th rate.

I find it very sad that one would have to explain loyalty to a sports team.

You appear to be giving a lot to the relationship, but getting so little back for straight decades at a time. So the sadness you may feel may not be the result of a typical NBA fan experience. Knicks fans have been punished to an extraordinary degree.

That's my team. That's my family's team. That's my friends' team. That's my city's team.

Thank-you for confirming what I said.

Now because they are going through a real bad spell...I am supposed to forget all those feelings for my team?

A “bad spell”? This is more like a time period that should be identified by the geologic time scale.

Jurrassic, Triassic, Knicks mediocrity, Etc.

Am I supposed to now follow the Nets? The Bucks? The Rockets?

I’m unsure what I would do if I grew up watching the Knicks, but I know one thing is true:

Relation = reciprocity. The Knicks organization has not been reciprocal to their loyal fans for a long *** time.

Hmm, I see you are not much of a sports fan. I suppose I have to be the first to tell you that the NY Knicks have won two Championships, TWO, plus the Shooting Stars Competition at the 2012 All Star weekend. That's three championships while the Utah Jazz have won none. Now tell us all again your ideas about being reciprocal to the fans.

Jazz = zero championships. :D
Great being a Jazz fan, isn't it? Why not just become a fan of Kenya in the Winter Olympics.

MTJK reminds me a lot of a poster we had on here back in 2001ish named Red and Black Attack. He was (supposedly) a Portland Trailblazers fan. Very similar. If the same, it's come full circle that now Melo is on Portland. The universe is now perfect.

Lol on the shooting stars championship. I guess if that counts you've forgotten Mitch and Jeremy Evans being dunk champions.

Boy, you are really reaching. You are going to count dunk championships as championships for your team? Uhh, first off then Knicks can count Kenny Skywalker and Nate Robinson who won that thing like 12 times. But I would never count a slam dunk championship as a Knicks championship because slam dunk is not a team effort.

Shooting Stars competition is more than one person -- it is a team championship. Every sports fan counts them as part of your team's championship accomplishments.

Knicks have three championships, Jazz have zero.
And you folks here really want to tell me my Knicks are a sad organization? No one's buying that.

Salt Lake City and surrounding areas are not a top 10 media market. Denver isn't talked about much either. Neither is Toronto. The Bucks aren't really talked about much either, even though Giannis is the MVP. And so on.

ESPN has headquarters in NY and LA, so...

Wow. An acceptance of status quo. No anger, no desire for things to change, no fight at all in you.

Hell, my Knicks are viewed as a joke and even though we are, that view pisses all of us off. We don't like it, won't accept it. It angers us. We have fight. That's why when we get The Greek Freak next year and sign Zion in two years we will enjoy having the last laugh.
Weren’t the knicks supposed to sign Durant an Kyrie last year?

Fight in you? As a Crymelo homer, how much could you possibly have in you? You’ve obviously relegated yourself to the notion that chucking dumbass shots up and playing matador defense is acceptable on a basketball court.

You go ahead and get mad, we'll just go to the playoffs. The best fighters aren't the ones who scream and yell and cry the most, the best fighters normally just keep their mouth shut and just kick your ***. You scream and yell all you want. We'll just continue to kick your ***.

This is so true. Definitely in schools anyway.

You, sir, are obviously forgetting the Utah Championship of 2000 in the NBA All Star weekend 2ball Challenge with Jeff Hornacek and Natalie Williams.

starting about 5:00 under the 2000 one
(Hornacek also won the 3-point contest a few minutes later)

Oh, my God. So now Utah fans want to count 2ball Challenge at the All Star weekend as a Championship won for Utah? 2ball Challenge? Think about that. 2ball?

Good God, things have gotten really bad for Jazz fans. My Knicks have won THREE Championships - 1969 Finals, 1973 Finals, and 2012 Shooting Stars. You Jazz fans can't deal with that so you count some bizarre exhibition called 2ball as a Championship.

I almost feel sorry for Jazz fans.

You know this Justin Wright-Foreman kid can really play...

I don't know if you are trying to be funny or you are just ignorant about basketball. But, yes, Justin Wright-Foreman CAN play. I saw all his Hofstra college games. He is extremely talented. Outside of Donovan Mitchell, JWF is the best player on the Jazz. You Utonians are still using telegraph for communications so you folks just don't know that yet.

Just going with your criteria of a team being more than one player. And one event at an all-star weekend is as good as another. :p

And you are a current Knicks fan. Who is feeling sorry for whom?
